Re-opening!

We are delighted to announce that we are opening our 2021 season on Saturday 1st May, hopefully with Emmet in steam (subject to availability).

Train will run from 11am from Oatlands station by the play park and will depart every 30 minutes, the last train being 15:30.Passengers will be asked to queue alongside the fence leading up to the platform, please keep 2 meters apart.

A rope across the path will be controlled by our station staff and will be opened once the train has been totally cleaned by our staff, please use hand sanitizing units situated by the ticket office.

Our staff will then invite one family /group (Maximum of six per compartment) up to the booking office where your tickets can be purchased using cash or card. Once tickets have been purchased you will be shown to your personal compartment as some compartments will be out of use due to social distancing measures.

On arrival back at Oatlands our staff will show one family /group at a time the exit from the platform, please be patient and bear with us during this time.

Timetable Trains will depart from Oatlands station At 11:00, 11:30, 12:00, 12:30, 13:00, 13:30, 14:00, 14:30, 15:00, 15:30.Although every effort will be made to ensure a prompt departure, please be aware that there may be a slight delay as we clean and prepare for your journey.

Fares One compartment for one or two people £6 then £3 per person thereafter.

There is a maximum of 6 people per compartment as per current guidelines,
